Libertine Security Solutions Ltd (LSS), now known as Libertine Global Solutions, is a private security company formed in 2006 by the Managing Director, Steve Hodson, a former British Army, Royal Military Police Close Protection officer.

With the rapid growth in the security industry, especially in theatres such as Iraq and Afghanistan, the quality of security operators has been diluted and the security service to Companies, especially those outside these regions have been of secondary interest.

Steve Hodson decided to create Libertine Global Solutions not only in direct response to the threat from terrorism but to shape a company that only employs the highest calibre operators, that have relative experience and qualifications, to enable a high standard service to clients looking for a security service completely focused on their needs.
